I’m the bar manager at a busy Irish pub. I quit ten days ago and now that I have my sense of smell back and I can’t stand to be behind the bar when eveyone is lighting up. A few cigarettes is no problem, but when 15-20 people at the bar are smoking I feel nauseous. Will I get over it?

I quit smoking cigarettes forever, but it wasn’t hard i just didn’t crave for nicotine one day. I’ve been smoke free for 8 months.

Does being hypnotized to quit smoking really work? What about being hypnotized to lose weight? Can you tell me your personal experience? Are you still smoke-free? What goes on in such a session? Is it just a scam?

My new years resolutions are to lose weight and quit smoking. I realize that I do not have the will power to do both at the same time. I know that when you quit smoking you usually gain weight so I am not sure if I should try to lose weight first and then try to quit smoking or quit smoking and then try to lose all the weight.
ANY SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED!
I am not extremely over weight, I need to lose about 15 to 20 lbs. Thanks for your help.
