My boyfriend quit smoking weed 2 days ago and he has been acting a little depressed. Is it because he quit?

What are normal Quit Smoking Symptoms after 4 months?

How do I quit smoking, I have tried everything?

I **** this secret “lifestyle” of smoking, I know I have a problem, but I do not know what to do. I can’t go to anyone because people know I used to smoke 2 years ago but they thought I quit, which I did for several months….but no one knows I started up again.

I have tried the patch….gum….cold turkey….nothing works….I only smoke because if I don’t I get that drive in me for that nicotine, and its really intense and strong. I don’t know who to turn to I really want to smoke because its not something I enjoy and I know its bad for my health…..what can I do at this point?

Is it harder for women to quit smoking than men?
