What worked for you? My fiancee has been deployed for a little while and I have started smoking while he’s gone. Kind of a lonely, depressed thing to do. He knows this, but I want to quit totally before he comes home in a few months.
I have only been smoking for a month or two.

I set the date- January 5th to quit smoking. I am just disgusted with myself lately for smoking.
How did you deal with the cravings and withdrawals!?

In a week? I have been a daily smoker for a year and a half now. How do I quit or at least cut back to once a month smoking in a week? I really need to and I don’t want to go to a doctor or anything. I’m addicted but I think I can fight it myself. I want to quit. Any help or suggestions?

I need some advice on how to quit smoking. I have tried cold turkey and smoking fewer, but I eventually go right back into the nasty habit. Anything will help. Thanks.

I would love to quit smoking but I haven’t been able to find a good product in the stores to help me. They all boast about their effectivness and maybe they work for some but I have smoked for years and they don’t work for me. I would like to find some natural products that don’t hurt my system and can take for as long as needed to kick this filthy habit.
Sincerely,
Daisymae

i quit smoking a little more than 3 months ago. it was easier to quit than i thought it would be, probably because i am pregnant and i did it for my unborn, as i had been unable to do it before when it was just for myself. i had been a pack a day (at least) smoker for 13 years. but still everytime i see someone light up or smell smoke i have a ridiculous craving. when does this pass?

I’m looking to quit smoking for good. Can anyone tell me if there is a way I can do that with alternative or natural methods? I mean “FOR GOOD” but it’s very hard.

I’ve seen billboards for a new quit smoking method using lasers. I’m not a smoker, but I want to know how lasers and addition go together.
